• try it in another room if you can to see if it acts the same in another space...could be interference via the wireless signal or could be simple as a manufacturer defect in the subs components. usually when something cuts out it is over heated or pulling to much power and failsafes to off. just suggestions

• Make sure there is nothing between the soundbar and sub so it can have a clear signal.
