It could possibly be the compressor.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't had this problem and actually have two of these units. These have a 1 yrs manufacturer's warranty. If you don't still have the manual, then contact Best Buy for the manufacturer's contact information. Good luck.
