The Insignia NS-STR514 only has 4 Auxiliary inputs to connect to an RCA connection, and Bluetooth to connect to a Bluetooth enabled device, if you can use your laptops audio output via a 3.5mm audio adapter cable to connect to the Insignia it will work, just make sure the audio is turned up on your laptop. Alternatively you could do it completely wirelessly byou purchasing an Apple Mini Airport express and connecting it to the Insignia amp will allow you to stream music wirelessly from your iTunes library on your laptop or an iPhone, iPad, any iOS device.
