Do you have it grounded? Try different input in on a lot of receivers you need to set the input to go through the menu and assign each one you know so you need to assign AUX input for funnel preamp or whatever you got it plugged into but I know you need to make sure that the things grounded and make sure your little pre-amp is on possibly cuz nowadays the tuners are digital your preamp for your turntables going to always be analog maybe need to switch input mode to analog
