“It says there is no phono input, but why can't I hook my record player in to the AUX IN plugs? The answer is probably glaringly obvious and I'm just missing it.”

• The phono output on an amp is actually just a normal input with a preamp. You can buy a cheap external pre amp online and it will work just as well

• Phono input is totally different from AUX or CD input. If you want a phono input, you may want to look at the Sony model.
