• An earlier thread confirmed that there is NOT an optical input, even though the online specs say there is.

• There is no optical input. It would be great if there was. The Bluetooth works great for streaming audio from my phone, and I use a 3.5 mm audio jack to RCA plugs to get the audio from my TV. It is a great unit for the price.
