“problems with the reciever the receiver cuts in and out if I leave the receiver on for about an hour or so then it will play fine it only does it with the radio cd player works fine”

Check your antenna connections and antenna connections. You are getting interference or weak signals. Playing a CD does not have any thing to do with the antenna.

The weather can jack around with radio signal and where you are is still trying to be winter. Try moving it to another room to see if you get better reception for the radio. That's my only guess since everything else seems to be working fine.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That sounds like it might be an issue with the built in tuner needing to warm up in order to lock onto station signal. If the unit is still within the 1 year manufacturer warranty I would suggest taking the Receiver and receipt into the Geek Squad desk in your local Best Buy.
