• I don't see why not. Sirius/XM receivers normally have a small audio jack on them that will connect directly to this receiver. Also has the typical RCA jacks so any mini stereo plug to RCA would work as well. These satellite receivers are meant to connect to standard equipment like this.

• Yes, this will work with Sirius with RCA audio outputs, a headphone jack or auxiliary output. You can also access Sirius on the receiver via mobile device using Bluetooth.
