Hello Jeff, thank you for your question. Your Insignia 24" Class F20 Series Smart Fire TV allows you to change the time zone in the Settings menu. You can update it by going to Settings > Preferences > Time Zone, selecting your region, and choosing the correct U.S. time zone so the TV displays the right local time. Poojitha | Insignia
