Maybe you have to many apps running at the same time check that first

Another method using the remote: Press and hold at the same time for at least 20 seconds the Back and Right buttons to prompt for Factory Reset. After Factory reset the Remote needs be re-paired to function. Only power will work on the remote, Hold the remote 1 foot or less from the TV and push and HOLD the Home button, wait for a jingle or chime. (this can take 20-30 seconds) When the tv is in set up it will Ding every 30 seconds, WAIT for the CHIME! After the chime is heard all the buttons should function again.
