“How do you turn off closed captions when watching video from a USB drive using the media player? The captions are not hard coded...I can shut them off on my LG tv. I have captions off using the settings menu.”

InsigniaCustomerSupport- please re-read my question. As I wrote in my original question...I have CC shut off in the settings menu. This has no effect on video playing from a USB drive. How do I shut those off?

To access the Closed Captions settings on this TV go: Home > Settings > Accessibility.
