• Try to use the Amazon Fire TV app on your Smartphone, from that app you can select which TV you want to control over Wi-Fi.

• I do not think you can program the remote to only turn on 1 tv.

• Yes, You can program the remote for each Tv. Unless they are identical models you wont have a problem.
