“The product photo did not detail the quick launch buttons for the 3rd and 4th channels on the remote, and the one I received has two completely useless keys that I can not use or remap. Is there a way to exchange the remote only, please?”

I ordered a new remote from Amazon as they are over Fire TV. The new remote worked right off the bat. Might want to check that out. It actually powers both of the Insignia TV's.
