Hi Shine, we appreciate your inquiry! Insignia™ - 24" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV (Model: NS-24F201NA23) does not come with a built-in web browser. Regarding with the sleep mode, make sure that the sleep timer is not turned on. Press and hold Home until the Quick Settings menu opens. Select Sleep Timer, then change the setting to Off.
