Answer from,"Photosbydad" is not correct. I bought a firestick and was unable to connect after disabling the wifi. The phone saw the selection for connecting to my TV but would no longer connect without the wifi. I used my iphone13 and a pixle with android and neither would connect without wifi. I then tried Roku and same result. Not sure how this can be accomplished just don't want someone to waste time and money buying a firestick when it will not connect without wifi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I agree, that is an incorrect answer. Also, cant connect Samsung by usb-c to hdmi to play media. Fire anything does not recognize Samsung Dex so it renders the screen sharing optiins completely useless without wifi.

Please try again later.Yes, you can use Screen Mirroring on your Fire TV Stick device even without WiFi if you just want to mirror the content already available in your phone like photos, downloaded files etc. But the Fire TV Stick should have been set up and connected to internet before so that you can access Fire TV Settings to enable display mirroring. Once you enable Fire TV Stick (Lite included) display mirroring, it will show up in the available devices and ready to connect when you go to Wireless Display setting of your phone.
