YES, I HAVE USED IT FOR RETRO CAR DRIVING GAME, LAPTOP HAS DP PORT, SO I USED A DP END CABLE TO HDMI ADAPTER AND THIS INTO THE TV. NOTE THE RETRO GAMES USE A LOWER RESOLUTION AND THE TV ONLY HAS HDMI IN, SO IT WONT WORK FOR HIGH RES GAMES THAT NEED A DP CABLE. BUT FINE FOR RETO. +++ THE LAPTOP CAN RUN 1080p ON THIS 720+++ YOU CAN SEE THE PIXELS BUT IT WORKS GOOD

This TV has multiple HDMI inputs, which are commonly used for connecting gaming PCs. To set it up, you'll need an HDMI cable to connect your gaming PC to the TV. Simply plug one end of the HDMI cable into your PC's HDMI output port and the other end into one of the HDMI input ports on the TV. Once connected, select the corresponding HDMI input on the TV using the remote control. Patricia | Insignia Support
