Q: QuestionI purchased these speakers a week ago. I love them but whenever I connect the Bluetooth to my phone it’s choppy way too often. My phone is close as well. What could be the issue?

I've owned these speakers for a few months and had a half dozen phones connect successfully - some while sitting in in top of the speakers and others ranging as far away as hundred feet and an entire floor above. I'm sorry you're having issues, but assure you that's not the norm in my experience! Good luck!

Q: QuestionHi. How do I get both speakers to work when I am using the AUX? I am trying to use them with my Karaoke machine and the sound is only coming out from one side. I tried pulling the wire out and that helps, but then I hear a loud buzz.

• A:Answer I'm no expert, but it could possibly be one or more of the following: either the cord you plugged into the aux input was not plugged in all of the way, or possibly it's dirty inside the aux port (I've had both happen to me before). Make sure the speaker wires that came with the speakers are plugged into the correct ports (mine has the copper colored wire into the red and the silver colored wire into the black). Also make sure none of your wires or cords are kinked or cut. I hope any of this helps.

Q: QuestionCan these speakers be connected to a stereo receiver using regular speaker wire? Being powered, does that mean they would stay on after the stereo receiver is turned off? Obviously I'm not tech savvy!

• A:Answer Since these speakers are self powered you can hook them up to any music playing device without having to use a powered receiver. You would need a unpowered speaker system if you are going to use a stereo powered receiver where by you would use regular speaker wire to hook up to the stereo power amp and the unpowered speakers. You would not want to hook up any powered speaker to a stereo powered amp as you would probably severely damage the speakers and could also damage your stereo amp running a powered amp to a powered speaker system. In easy terms the powered speaker negates the need for a separate power stereo amp. Keep in mind if you use a powered stereo amp you should get speakers that are the correct ohms and wattage rating for your stereo power amp. if you need help contact a best buy associate in the hifi stereo department and they can get you properly set up with the proper gear.
