I am told by Insignia that this chair has been discontinued. now I have a chair that I CANNOT use. What a waste of my money.

The company no longer makes this remote, so I am stuck with a massage chair and no remote control which means this chair is useless to me. Why would a chair be sold that you can no longer replace parts?

It is no longer available even though the chair is still sold by Best Buy. For everyone else looking... RUN away. Why spend $200 on a product that doesn't have support let alone $2500?
