one year manufacturer's warranty. You can also purchase Geek Squad protection for 2 or 4 years.

There is a standard one year warranty, I didn't purchase an additional one.

Manufacture warranty is 1 year but you have to take the refrigerator back to Best Buy for them to coordinate with the manufacturer for repair. Best Buy has a 15 day return / exchange period. Day 16, you need to be prepared to carry the unit back and wait for it to be shipped off for repair services (probably a few weeks). If you are purchasing this for a student in a dorm, you have to carry it back to the store and then pick it up whenever Best Buy and Insignia repair it.

Mine failed right out of the box. 

To avoid this problem, my recommendation is to purchase it a few days before you set it up and use it.
