“I just purchased this and I’m 2 days into the using it, my temperature was set at 5 & just tonight my freezer wasn’t keeping my frozen food frozen, it all thawed out. The frost is melting in the upper and lower part of the fridge. Is it defective? Help”

• I have mine for some time set at 4 no problems keeping anything freezing
