Q: QuestionI just purchased this and I’m 2 days into the using it, my temperature was set at 5 & just tonight my freezer wasn’t keeping my frozen food frozen, it all thawed out. The frost is melting in the upper and lower part of the fridge. Is it defective? Help

Q: QuestionPicked up yesterday. Ran it at 4/5 overnight and there is frost at the back of the fridge compartment. Door seals are tight and we did not open/close the door frequently. Does anybody know what else can be causing the frost?
