• we have ours on the medium temp, the dial is in the middle so the arrow is pointing up to the ceiling. And it keeps everything perfectly frozen. Hope that helps.

Your freezer has three marked temperature settings: • MIN: 10.4°F ~ 5°F (-12°C ~ -15°C) • MID: -0.4°F ~ -4°F (-18°C ~ -20°C) • MAX: -7.6°F ~ -11.2°F (-22°C ~ -24°C) You can set the temperature to one of the setting positions or to a setting position between the marked settings. You may need to adjust the temperature based on the ambient room temperature. If the room temperature is high, (for example, in summer) lower the freezer temperature. If the room temperature is low, (for example, in winter) raise the freezer temperature. • You may need to adjust the temperature based on how much food is in your freezer. This unit should work in ambient temperatures between 55°F (13°C) ~ 109°F (43°C).
