Yes, you could. It only uses 100 watts after start up. The start up will pull about 400 watts. You should have plenty of power there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Maybe, maybe not. Just got a new Peak brand inverter from ORiely auto. 1200 Watt 2400 surge. Sparkle noise and let the smoke out immediately. It lists 4 amp to start. 4x120 volt=480 surge. Only a third of inverter continuous but smokes the invertert. It runs fine on my briggs stratton 1700 watt generator though. Hardly off idle.
