• Yes, you could. It only uses 100 watts after start up. The start up will pull about 400 watts. You should have plenty of power there.

• Maybe, maybe not. Just got a new Peak brand inverter from ORiely auto. 1200 Watt 2400 surge. Sparkle noise and let the smoke out immediately. It lists 4 amp to start. 4x120 volt=480 surge. Only a third of inverter continuous but smokes the invertert. It runs fine on my briggs stratton 1700 watt generator though. Hardly off idle.

• Its electric cable is like tv cable, with ground. You can use. But it has freeze gas, during it works never move it. According to me its possible but dont do that.

• Be careful using a inverter if you turn off your truck depending on your battery it will drain it faster than you think.
