- Answer It's not stated anywhere on Insignia's website or in the documentation (I own this freezer). QuestionI bought my freezer chest about 4 months ago, the power button is a steady blue, but now I noticed that it is blinking. I have tried unplugging for about a minute, also I tried plugging into a different outlet, it is still blinking. And cold. I’m worried.

- Answer Try leaving it unplugged for five minutes instead of one. Give it a chance to reset. Then plug back in.

- Answer Home Depot and Lowe’s sell drip trays that is made to go under a washer made of Pvc plastic and comes with a coupling that can be used with are without a drain hole. That might work for you.
