“we bought the insignia model ns-twm35w1 in may of 2021 and we are having issues of it not draining all the way and spinning the clothes dry, we do not do heavy loads and up until a month ago had been very happy with this machine.”

Its 2025, but i have the same problem i found out that when i took the button cover off the v-belt worn out and needed replacement. I looked everywhere to buy a belt but i couldnt find any. Wish bestbuy would sell replacement parts for insignia washer and dryer like homedepot repair where they will special order parts for you.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It sounds like you may have lint or some object blocking your drainage hose that goes into the sewer line. You can remove it from the end that goes into the wall to inspect it, or you may be able to disconnect it from the back of the machine to see if it's partially clogged. If that drainage line is clear all the way through, then your problem is in the sewer line. There should be a cleanout cap on the sewer line, where you can run a snake- line in there. There may be fabric fibers and/or a grease-like build up in there, prohibiting full drainage of the water from the washer tub!
