• You have to re-adjust your clothing, it may be off track and uneven..thats why it keeps rinsing, its trying to adjust it.

• Yeah it's pretty cheap. Even when you set it on spin and drain it still rinses.

• If the drain control is broken or the drain is clogged, the washing water won't be able to escape and the washing machine will stall trying to start the rinse cycle.
