Whether every thing starts up at the same time or not doesn't really matter because you could only telecast one output at a time from the switcher, so only what is activated from the switcher is what is being shown. If it really bothers you that everything else turns on, what could be done is use the accompanying remotes from the other outputs that are not needed to turn them off. You could only watch one port at a time, as is the nature of a switcher.
