If you've checked the back of the DTV cable box carefully and found that there is no HDMI output jack option to connect the box to your TV then I believe you may need to upgrade your DTV box, or contact the Geek Squad to see if there are any other options. If there is an HDMI output jack then you only need an HDMI cable.
