“I tried using this on a Vizio smart TV which I bought earlier this year, it didn't work. When I hooked it up to a Samsung TV I've had for four years which is a regular HDTV it worked. Anyone else encountered this issue? I didn't think it mattered.”

• Try to use a different 4K HDMI cable.

• it doesn't work well as well. Whenever I switched back to 1, there is no picture. I have to unplug and plug the HDMI cable in order to have the picture again.
