“Will this charge my phone as well? I have a 2012 Hyundai Sonata and a Pixel 3. I can play music fine via Bluetooth but it always sounds tinny. I can't use a normal USB to play music, it charges but can't connect media wise.”

• Unfortunately it doesn't. It is a passive connection that only transmits signal. No power running through it.
