“Does this TV allow for YouTube TV as an app?”

• I purchased this TV as a gift for a friend. She wanted it to have a crisp picture and upload her favorite apps. She uses YouTube and Prime. She doesn’t use YouTube TV but the app can be uploaded as this is a Smart TV.
