• I would exchange for another same tv. It should have came with a remote. Mines did.

• If it didn’t come with one I would check back with where you bought it. Otherwise the majority of traditional universal remote seems to be accessible for it or there is an app you can download and fully control from your phone with a slight delay compared to what a true remote would offer.
