As long as Tv and phone are both connected to the same wifi network, and what you are attempting to AirPlay is allowed to AirPlay (there are restrictions on what Apple allows to airplay) the icon for it should show on the screen. But if not check YouTube https://youtu.be/9aYJhQOW1iM
