“Is there a way to control EVERYTHING with one remote (like on Samsung Frame TVs)? Right now, to get the Cox cable box channels, have to turn-on with the Insignia remote, use Alexa voice command for HDMI1, then use the Cox remote to change channels, etc.”

I don't know if the Insignia remote can be configured to control your Cox cable box, but I was able to get my Cox remote to control my Insignia TV. My Cox remote is for a full-function cable box, not one of their miniboxes. The remote came with instructions as to how to use it to control other devices. It explains how to enter a four-digit code that will allow the Cox remote to control your Insignia (or any other) TV. You can get these instructions from Cox if you don't have them. I can use my Cox remote to turn my Insignia TV on and off, change volume and cable channels, adjust inputs, etc.

You may also enabled the Power On feature, your TV turns on displaying the last used input. NOTE: The TV must have the latest update for this feature to work. Go to "Settings" > "Display and Sound" > "Power Controls" > "Power On" > and select "Last Input". Press "Home" > "Settings" > "Inputs" > and select either "HDMI 1", "HDMI 2", or "HDMI 3".
