“Do you have to put the stand on the tv or will it stand securely without it??”

• Please don't listen to the answers that say this can stand without the legs, it absolutely can't. It's too narrow for one, but more importantly there is a plastic square on the bottom where the power button is that protrudes - the bottom is not flat and level.

• We have the tv on a sort of ledge. The tv rests on the ledge securely and just use the legs to stabilize it so it doesn’t tip over. The tv is not on the legs directly.
