“When watching free movie channels the screen moves down from the top by 2 inches and from the bottom by 2 inches shortening viewing area. This does not happen with live TV. Is there a fix? Insignia had no solution”

Sadly, this cannot be fixed because the resolution of the picture is from the program and not from the tv itself.
