I purchased an INSIGNIA 32-inch Smart Full HD 1080p Fire TV F20 Series (NS-32F202NA23, 2022 Model) from Amazon at Best Buy on August 10, 2024. The TV does not work. The backlight is off. The screen is dark. It is still under warranty. What should I do next? Yuriy
