Do you need wifi for this tv to work or is cable okay? null

You can use cable, but sometimes I have trouble. Ask your cable person to help you.

You don’t need wifi for the tv to work, no. You can use cable or plug any components into it with HDMI (i believe there’s an RCA hookup as well) however without wifi the apps loaded on it won’t work. If the tv is close enough to your modem/router, you can also hardwire it to your internet with an ethernet cord. Hope this helps!
