You can change the sound by going into the settings and clicking on the best sound settings you desire

We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the sound quality. You may try changing the audio output of the TV to see if anything would change. Just go to the Home menu, select Settings, then select Display & Sounds. Select Audio Output, then select Digital Audio Format and change the setting to PCM or your preferred audio format.
