A:AnswerI’m not sure if you received a bad tv, I have 2 of them and please with mine. I have one in an RV and one at a camp and they work great. I’d take it back to them and have them check yours out. Good luck!
A:AnswerYou have to increase your internet speed. I had the same problem but it was solved with larger capacity internet. Of course that costs more each month. For me it was worth it.
A:AnswerA firestick helps with apps but this TV has it built in and you don't need an additional firestick making it so much easier. That was the reason I originally both this and am glad I did.
