“How can you stop the digital voice once you've already selected it? I thought it was only going to be a guide through set up and not forever announcing every volume and channel change. Thanks”

Hi, Deedee. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your inquiry. You can try opening the MENU, then going to ACCESSIBILITY and then to VOICE GUIDE. There you can click on it and turn it off. I had that problem years ago and had to call the helpline. The CSR had to get help because it wasn't straightforward. Call if you're still dealing with this. I remember wanting to throw my tv out a window, I was SO annoyed by that voice!
