“I bought this tv in 2017. The speakers suddenly aren't working properly. If we put it up to 100, we still can barely hear it. Has anyone experienced this - and maybe has a fix? Otherwise, we have an expensive wall-mounted paperweight.”

I have noticed Samsung speakers are not the greatest on their taste and many other brands are the same. I would buy external speakers, even a sound bar would be better.
