• Yes you can but it is a pain. There is one button on the bottom underside. Press it to call up a menu. Use short or long presses to maneuver thru channels and other options. Trust me, you will want to find your remote quickly if you lose it.

• This TV is helpless without the remote so you can not do anything but unplug the TV. I am not fond of this feature but the price was great so I will live with it.
