• The reply that 'Thatguy' posted is not accurate. Better TVs will have less trouble receiving reliable antenna signals. I have seen 'name-brand' TV have no trouble with multiple OTA channels when 'off-brands' will say 'no signal available'. You should NOT have to re-scan you channels daily. You also need to make sure your antenna is the right antenna for your location. Consult antennaweb.org for help with an antenna selection.

• Yes. Hook your antenna up and then do a channel scan in the menu. Channel signal power very and you tend to gain and loss channels Daily. The need to complete new channel scans can very day to day. The signal power has nothing to do with the TV.
