Had a similar problem so I unplugged the television and then replugged and if that does not work Best Buy does have return options.

Please try again later.I've been using this type of TVs for a little while and I found that being an issue in one or two of those normally what I do is I turn on and off the TV three times and after that I leave around for a couple minutes and I start playing with the menu hit the menu button at least 7 to 8 times with a few second delay between each time did you press that button usually the manual come out the question is how this happened you was watching TV and the screen went off or when you turn the TV on the screen never turn on
