If you mean for the inputs, then no. All of the TV inputs are located on the back of the TV.

This TV doesn't include a box. You can connect a Cable/Satellite box at anytime using an HDMI cable or an Antenna to the COAX jack.

No if you mean cable box. It can use one and mine does but I don’t think it is mandatory.
