It has a hard attached 110 volt AC cord. The the AC -> DC transformer is internal on this model. In your RV, you would have to have an inverter from DC to AC, then you could plug into that to use this model.

Which means it’s 12v power. Can you see why it’s so frustrating to get a correct answer from anyone at your organization. No one has any idea about what they’re talking about and the product knowledge of your staff is poor.
