“I need to know how I can change the sharpness on my TV. I am having a hard time using this TV as a monitor because the resolution is so fuzzy. The ability to choose sharpness isnt allowed as it is in blue and skips over the option when in settings.”

It should give you instructions in the user manual that comes with it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Usually this happens only when in your picture settings you have selected a setting that deletes the option. It's probably the picture mode or something like that that needs to be changed to get your options back. It also might be like a power saving mode, but that is probably in your picture settings as well.
