• Well, I'm not sure what you've done already to get your answer but this is what I would do. Before the installation, call your Direct TV rep or technical rep and let them know what type of TV that you have. Be sure to have your Insignia TV manual with you in case they ask you about any spec information concerning your particular TV set. Another suggestion would be to contact the Best Buy store that you bought it from, and ask this question for technical department to see what they can tell you about your particular brand and item getting hooked up to Direct TV. Hope that those suggestions can help you along your way.
