• Actually, I bought one, and it does have an analog (NTSC) tuner as well as a digital tuner. It can receive analog channels over the air, such as Mexican stations, or it can receive cable channels that are analog, both QAM and NTSC. In my case, I needed it to receive in-house modulated channels that were standard definition. It received them flawlessly. Of course it also received ATSC digital HD channels. The Best Buy specs mention the digital tuner, but not the analog tuner. It should list both.
